TwiXtreme is a free twitter client for Blackberry mobile devices from Xtreme Labs. The application features a colorful, more graphic interface that takes tweeting on the go to the next level. As well as Tweeting, Replying to Tweets, and ReTweeting, other features include:

• Displaying your profile as well as others
• Showing your Direct Message inbox (though it doesn’t show your sent messages)
• Favorites
• Followers list (with Avatars)
• Following list (with Avatars)
• Trends; to show the most common tweets of the day
• Search option
• Tweets Nearby; that basically shows tweets of other users in your area; this feature however depends on your GPS setting, and that of other tweeters

The application settings allow you to:

• Enable notifications while application is running in the background
• Automatically display new tweets
• Use your tweet as the caption when uploading a picture via TwtPic
• Show real names instead of usernames when viewing tweets

All in all, this application is great for those looking for a more interesting and fun interface.
