Twit+ (Twit Plus) is a tool that lets you tweet videos, photos, and privately send files through Twitter. All you have to do is login using your Twitter credentials, and start uploading media. Your Twitter friends do not need to be using Twit+ in order for them to receive your videos, photos, and files.
